Unique Shine Terms of Service Agreement
By using the services of Unique Shine, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
Services Provided: We offer bond and post-construction cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. All services are performed with due care and attention to detail.
Deposit Terms: To confirm your booking, a 20% deposit of the total service quote is required. This deposit secures your booking date and time and covers administrative scheduling, logistics, and loss of opportunity for other clients.
Payment Terms: Payment of the balance is due on the day of the service before works are started or prior, either via cash, bank transfer, or credit card. For customers who prefer online payments, we will provide payment links at the time of booking for easy and fast processing.
No Credit Policy: Unique Shine enforces a strict no-credit policy. Payment must be made on the day of service or prior to the service, as applicable.
Warranty and Re-Cleaning: If you are not satisfied with our cleaning services, we offer a free re-clean within 48 hours of service completion. If the re-cleaning does not meet your satisfaction, a partial refund may be offered based on the severity of the issue.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a partial refund of 20%. Cancellations within 72 hours will not receive a refund.
Non-Refundable Services: Services already started or completed are non-refundable.
Liability: While we take great care during our cleaning, Unique Shine is not responsible for damages caused by prior conditions, such as pre-existing stains, defects, or inaccessible areas.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
